As a designer and general contractor, we are executing the next and third stage of a construction for Wielkopolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Przetwórstwo Ziemniaczane in the village of Staw, Strzałkowo gmina. The building under construction is a single-storey warehouse with a total floor space of 1,221 m2. In addition to the full design and comprehensive construction, Amwin specialists also take care of the administrative issues, such as obtaining the environmental decision and zoning permit.
The newly-built warehouse will be characterised by a simple structure, without a basement, while skylights will be installed on the flat roof. The building façade is based on sandwich panels with a core made of PIR foam and partly of mineral wool. The height of the roof ridge is 8.50 m.
The structure will be connected directly to the existing warehouse. In addition, a connector to the production area will also be made to enable the expansion of the machinery used for packing potato flour.
The company’s premises already include a number of structures, such as a staff and office building, warehouses, production areas, technical buildings, a gatehouse, a silo, water tanks and processing devices. The new part has been designed in such a way that it forms a visual continuation of the existing section. Under the contract with the investor, in addition to the comprehensive construction, we will also rebuild the internal roads to facilitate logistics in the expanded company.
