In Sławno, we are building a shopping hall with a social and office part, a garden center and accompanying infrastructure, i.e. an advertising pylon, a retention tank. This will be the 15th “Mrówka” in our portfolio of projects.
We designed this facility as simple in form with a flat roof and an attic, two-storey in the social and office part and one-storey in the commercial part. The office part of the building will be extended in front of the shopping hall. The garden part was designed in the Deforche system, with two gable roofs – ridges set parallel to the main ridge of the shopping hall. A canopy was designed in the Deforche system by the garden part, from the side of the parking spaces we will make a second canopy, topped with a sandwich panel in a horizontal arrangement. The total usable area of the facility will be 2,482.6 m².
The facade of the hall will be made of sandwich panels in a horizontal arrangement in two shades of gray. The elevation of the office part will be made of horizontal anthracite-coloured panels, blue and graphite composite panels and anthracite corrugated sheet metal. The main entrance to the building will be highlighted with a frame. The facade profiles and the hall door joinery will be in the colour of the elevation.
The facility will be adapted for disabled people.
