For our returning client – Pagaz – we have built another Mrówka, this time in Strzegom.
The completed investment is a shopping hall with a social and office part. We designed the facility as a single-storey building in the shopping area and a two-storey building in the social and office area, low with a simple form, with a flat roof and attic. The building completed by the Amwin team is complemented by a garden part designed in the Deforche system, with two gable roofs – ridges set perpendicularly to the main ridge of the shopping hall. The facade of the hall was made of sandwich panels in a horizontal arrangement, in grey colours. The main entrance to the building is highlighted by composite panels in yellow and anthracite. The facade is diversified by elements made of corrugated sheet metal. The facility is adapted for people with disabilities.
The scope of our work as part of the implementation of this investment also included the construction of hardening, parking spaces and accompanying infrastructure, including an underground fire-fighting tank and a retention tank for rainwater.
