“Oerlemans – inspired by nature” is the motto of our Client from the catering industry, for whom we had the pleasure of expanding the production plant in Strzelno. Oerlemans Foods Polska is an international group that has been on the market for 21 years and specializes in the production of freshly frozen vegetables and fruits. On the Investor’s website we read that the distinguishing feature of the company is the meticulous care for each stage of production, Oerlemans products come from fertile Polish crops, and technological processes are carried out in accordance with world standards. When implementing the construction of the freezer, we were guided by the same rules and were a reliable partner in the development of the Client’s business.
We carried out the construction of the refrigerated warehouse together with the accompanying technical infrastructure and refrigeration machine room as a general contractor. As part of the cooperation, we also prepared a construction replacement design and executive designs for the facility.
The usable area of the implemented investment is 4607.9 m2, it is a high single-bay warehouse with a capacity of 85208.142 m3. The scope of Amwin’s construction works includes earthworks and foundations, execution of foundation footings and foundations. In the next steps, we assembled the structure, sandwich panel casings and roof covering made of sandwich panel and membrane. The structure was also prepared for cooling technologies, we made technological platforms, among others.
