As a designer and general contractor, we created a design and built a warehouse in Września. At Działkowców Street, opposite the McDonald’s Restaurant, we expanded the existing storage space, which the Investor, Jorinco, rents. The location in the immediate vicinity of the A2 motorway and the extremely flexible design of the hall increased the logistical value of this space.

The new part of the facility is a single-bay, spacious hall with a wide connector, with a total building area of ​​4,092.4 m² and a height of 12 meters. The scope of our activities in the expansion of the warehouse included, among others, earthworks and foundations, leveling the ground, making foundation footings and foundations. Then we dealt with the execution of thermal insulation and industrial flooring, as well as the assembly of the hall structure consisting of reinforced concrete columns and steel truss girders. The main element of the roof covering is trapezoidal sheet metal, while the external walls are a casing made of sandwich panels. There are 2 gates leading to the hall, and 2 gates and 5 docks to the wide connector located between the existing and constructed parts. As part of the comprehensive implementation, we also took care of the installation of sanitary, electrical, ventilation and gas installations. Laying paving stones and developing access roads completed our work on the implementation of this investment in 2022.
