Finder Sp. z o.o. is a leading European manufacturer of electrical equipment and relays, a global sales and distribution network, consisting of 8 branches in Italy and 25 subsidiaries worldwide. Another branch is being built in Sady near Poznań, which we comprehensively create in the design-build formula.
The scope of Amwin’s work includes creating a full-discipline design and constructing a storage hall with a two-storey office and employee facility. The office building with an area of 531 m <sup>2</sup> is constructed in traditional brick technology with a ventilated facade, using composite panels. Apart from typical office rooms, the building also includes a conference room, chill-room, dining room and other sanitary and hygienic facilities.
The total area of the hall will be 1180 m2. Its main load-bearing structure will be mixed, the transverse systems consist of simply supported lattice girders, based on reinforced concrete pillars, in the form of brackets fixed in spot footing. The external wall cladding is made of sandwich panels, and the roofing consists of trapezoidal sheet metal, thermal insulation and PVC foil.
Amwin will also carry out all installation works, industrial flooring and finishing works along with hardening of the surrounding area. We will also take care of all formalities and obtain an occupancy permit.
