Concept, full-discipline design and comprehensive construction of a production and warehouse facility and office building. The facade of the office building is covered with aluminium composite panels, wall blinds and old brick elements, their style a reference to a nearby building. The facility features a steel construction, and the office building is built using traditional technologies, including heavy masonry slabs clad in composite panels and old brick. The roofing consists of sandwich panels with a polyurethane core, ensuring adequate thermal insulation. Amwin’s scope of work also includes comprehensive installation of electrical power supply systems, including the delivery of a 630 kVA container transformer station, delivery and assembly of sanitary installations, land development and all other construction work necessary to acquire an occupancy permit.
