Concept, full-discipline design and comprehensive construction a of production and warehouse facility, development and hardening of the area around the building, installation of the flooring, external infrastructure, as well as all work necessary to obtain an occupancy permit. The scope of work also includes the delivery and assembly of overhead cranes with a capacity of 10 and 12.5 tonnes. The building features a mix of technologies (prefabricated reinforced concrete pillars and steel roof construction). Sandwich panel external wall cladding; roofing comprising trapezoidal sheet metal / thermal insulation / PVC foil with a ridge skylight.
