Corsan

Corsan is a Polish brand that began operations in 2005 and today is one of the leading manufacturers in the bathroom industry. Corsan products are distributed to almost all countries in the European Union. In connection with extensive brand development, a modern company headquarters is to be built in Piła: a warehouse with a two-story office building. As a designer and general contractor, we are to design and carry out this turnkey project.
The total area of the building is almost 3,000 m². The range of works by Amwin specialists includes comprehensive implementation, from formal and official matters, to the preparation of the full design, its construction and finishing, as well as the development of the surrounding area. The warehouse is to be constructed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, with sandwich panel cladding. Bearing the environment in mind, the investor decided to heat the building with heat pumps and to utilise the roof for the fitting of solar panels.
