Agmamito in Swarzędz near Poznań is a company with family traditions that creates and distributes upholstery fabrics. The brand is characterized by modern design, outstanding product quality and a friendly atmosphere of cooperation that prevails in the company and is felt by business partners. On the Investor’s website we can read that everything they create is comfortable, practical and at the same time beautiful. The designed fabrics are safe and comfortable on the one hand, and their design delights on the other. When designing the office building for Agmamito employees, we were guided by exactly the same values and priorities.
The new part of the company’s headquarters is an elegant, 3-storey office building with a usable area of 902.1 m2 and a height in the attic of 12.30 m. The facility is designed in a prefabricated structure with building dimensions of 15.65 m x 28.17 m. It is a building with a simple, geometric architectural form, with loggias located on both the eastern and western sides and an existing access to the dock. The facility was designed as a brick structure with walls insulated with mineral wool in a ventilated facade system. The building has no basement, a flat roof, and is made in a mixed wall-frame structure.
The office building is functionally connected to the existing warehouse hall, which we had the pleasure of implementing a few years ago. The elevation is a combination of aluminum composite panels and powder-coated cut-drawn mesh. The office building, together with its designer equipment and interior design, is an excellent showcase and visual representation of the Agmamito brand philosophy. Accessories such as a power station for electric cars, filters in the windows or a technical floor emphasize the modern character of the building and the company.
