Our offer

Comprehensive construction of a commercial facility with a social and office part with a total building area of approx. 2 700 m2. The facility will feature a mix of technologies, including prefabricated reinforced concrete pillars; the roofing will feature a steel structure. The external cladding will feature sandwich panels with PIR foam insulation. The roofing will consist of PVC foil and Styrofoam insulation on trapezoidal sheet metal. The entire facade will feature aluminium profiles and glazing. The scope of work also includes the comprehensive installation of electrical power supply systems, delivery and assembly of sanitary systems, as well as land development and all other construction work necessary to obtain an occupancy permit.
