Sputnik Tomasz Pastwa is an Investor who does not slow down and is constantly developing its network of stores. In Jarocin, we had the pleasure of working with this Client for the fourth time, this time as both a designer and a general contractor. Mrówka in Jarocin is over 64m long, 36m wide, and the height of the building is almost 8m. The total area is 2382 m2, and the hardening is as much as 3242 m2. The main structure is made of prefabricated foundations and reinforced concrete, prefabricated columns. The roof structure, on the other hand, consists of girders and purlins made of glued wood, which give the interior a slightly more cozy, but also designer character. Both the roof and the walls are covered with a sandwich panel. The new DIY store in Jarocin, apart from the shopping hall, also has a comfortable and practical social and office part.
An unusual task awaited us in this project. In order to build exactly the facility that the Investor had dreamed of on this plot, we had to change the course of the ditch, which was ultimately channeled into a reinforced concrete pipe. The scope of work of our specialists included design and construction from A to Z, where A – creating an architectural concept for the facility, and Z – construction of a turnkey market and obtaining a use permit.
