Our offer

In Gniezno, we completed the second stage of the DJB Retail Park. In this stage, a 2,500 m2 retail facility was built, intended for rent. The building was designed as a single-storey, simple-form building with a flat, gable roof. The total sales area is 1,992.66 m2 and is divided into 3 retail premises with social facilities and delivery rooms. The hall casing was made of a sandwich panel in shades of grey, the decorative elements are burgundy-coloured panels above the entrances and corrugated sheet metal and composite panels on the front elevation.

The new part is corresponding with the first stage building we built, which was put into use in March 2023.

The entity responsible for the commercialization process was the consulting company Zandecki Partners from Poznań.
