Our offer

Concept, full-discipline building design, obtaining a permit on the basis of a signed power of attorney, comprehensive construction of a commercial and service hall with a social area; development and hardening of the area around the hall, installation of flooring, construction of external infrastructure, interior finishing and occupancy permit acquisition. The social and office building will be made of bricks and facade materials such as sandwich panels and composite panels.
The main supporting structure of the hall will be based on a mixed steel and reinforced concrete structure. The roof will be made of sheet metal / polystyrene / PVC film with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Supervision over the construction process will be carried out by an authorised construction manager. The contract will be secured by third party liability insurance and accident insurance, as well as property insurance. The contract includes organising the construction site, responsibility for final acceptance testing and obtaining an occupancy permit, a guarantee for materials, equipment and the entire facility as well as its maintenance.
