PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
For the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, based on the right of the employer resulting from Art. 221 of the Polish Labour Code, the personal data processed shall be limited to: your name and surname, parent names, date of birth, residence address, mailing address, education and employment record. The legal basis for the processing of the above data is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
For the purpose of recruitment, based on your consent to the processing of your personal data, i.e. personal data other than those specified in the point above, made available by you in your resume, recruitment form, cover letter and other documents.
