Amwin is working on another project for the PSB Mrówka home improvement chain, this time on Słowackiego Street in Września. Amwin is responsible for a comprehensive design and construction of a commercial and service building with a social and office part with a total area of 4,100 m2, in addition to the surrounding external infrastructure, exhibition square/garden and parking spots. The external walls will be clad in vertically-corrugated, high-quality sandwich boards. The entire building will be covered with a gable roof with a 2% slope. A small trapezoidal sheet metal roof resting upon a steel structure will also be constructed above the main entrance. Appropriate spatial and functional solutions will greatly reduce the negative impact of the buildings on the environment and the neighbouring residential buildings.
