18 July saw the opening ceremony of a new PBS Mrówka location in Bytów, Pomeranian Province, which was designed and built by Amwin. The ribbon of the 285th shop was cut by the client, Tomaz Pastwa, who officially thanked Amwin for “a smooth and timely completion of the project”. Amwin was represented by Contract Director Dawid Goclik and Construction Manager Paweł Grzelak.
Amwin was tasked with providing the concept and a full-discipline building design, obtaining a permit based on a signed power of attorney, comprehensive construction of a commercial building with a social-office part, development and hardening of the area surrounding the building, installing the flooring, external infrastructure, interior finishing work and obtaining an occupancy permit.
The storage hall built and designed by Amwin has an area of 3,167 m2, and the two-storey office building offers a total area of 170 m2.
The social and office building is a brick construction featuring such facade materials as sandwich panels and aluminium composite panels. The main supporting structure of the hall features a mix of wood and reinforced concrete, and the roofing consists of sandwich panels.
