This week, Marek Winter, the founder of Amwin, purchased a building located at 1D Kaliska Street in Września, with the intention of relocating the company headquarters there. The keys will be officially handed over on 1 August, and the building will be adapted to the needs of our company. The plot is located only one kilometre away from our current headquarters. The previous owner was the “Wiadomości Wrzesińskie” newspaper. A lot of love and energy was invested in creating a unique building, and the owners are happy that Amwin, as a local construction company, appreciates their efforts.
The new location will offer new possibilities for Amwin. It offers twice as much space, more convenient access to the building itself and the surrounding points of interest, as well as better interior functionality. It will greatly increase the comfort of work as a result, boosting Amwin’s prestige and brand awareness on the local market and beyond, as well as enabling the company to keep growing.
The new headquarters is a modern building with a unique facade. The building’s cascading shape also features green terraces. The interiors are kept in a minimalist, raw style and include utility systems and structural elements that were deliberately left exposed to give the place an industrial look.
The facility at 1D Kaliska Street is the winner of the Bryla.pl portal contest, nominee for the architectural award of the ‘Polityka’ weekly in 2017, as well as a finalist of the most important architecture contest in the world, the Berlin World Architecture Festival. The building is truly worthy of a designer and general contractor of modern industrial facilities and office buildings with 22 years of experience. We believe that our current and future investors and partners will be pleasantly surprised, and we are happy to be able to offer you an even more comfortable experience. Come and visit us today.
