The work of Amwin specialists this summer resulted in the signing of another contract for the comprehensive implementation of a new project. This time we are designing and constructing a “turnkey” headquarters for Corsan in Piła. This involves a warehouse and a two-story office building for this Polish distributor of designer bathroom equipment. The total floor space of the building is almost 2800 m2. As the designer and general contractor we handle the entire project, from the formal and official matters, to the preparation of a full construction design, building construction and finishing, as well as the development of the surrounding area.
The building will be a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, with sandwich panel cladding. With the environment and the future in mind, the investor has decided to heat the building with heat pumps. In addition, the roof will be prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels.
We are looking forward to this project. The architectural concept for the building fits perfectly into the design of the Corsan brand. The warehouse and the office building cleanly combine the necessary functionalities with modern building aesthetics.
