As a general contractor, we implement the construction of another PSB Mrówka commercial facility. A shopping hall with a two-storey social and office zone will be built in Świecie, in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The total building area will be 2984 m 2 , of which the social and office part will take 162 m 2 . The facility will feature a mix of technologies, including reinforced concrete load bearing pillars and a glued timber roof structure. The external wall cladding will feature sandwich panels with a PIR foam filling, while the roof cladding will be made of sandwich panels with a PIR core. As a general contractor, we will implement, among others: foundation works, sanitary and electrical systems, assembly of structures and wall cladding. We will also coordinate all work related to the installation of the roof structure and flooring.
