On 29 March, Amwin entered into a contract with Tex Year Europe Sp. z o. o., a global manufacturer of hot-melt adhesives. The project will include designing and constructing a production facility with a two-storey office building that has a total area of 4,500 m2. Amwin’s scope of work includes creating the concept, full-discipline building design, construction of external infrastructure, interior finishing and obtaining an occupancy permit.
