Amwin has signed a contract for a project involving a social and office building, along with the extension of a storage facility for Agmamito, a well-known importer of upholstery fabrics from Swarzędz. The current facility, with an area of 3,000 m2, features a mixed, reinforced concrete and steel construction, and was designed and completed by Amwin in 2015. In total, after the extension, the building will offer 6,000 m2 of space. Construction work is planned to start between August and September this year.
