Amwin is responsible for creating a full-discipline design and the comprehensive construction of a printing facility for MDM Druk in Poznań. In line with the visualisation created by Amwin, two mixed steel and reinforced concrete buildings will be constructed with a total area of 2,500 m2. The storage facility will have an area of approx. 990 m2, headroom of 9.8 m and external height of approx. 12.3 m. The area of the production building is estimated at 1,500 m2, with a headroom of approx. 4.0 m and external height of approx. 6.3 m. The comprehensive construction work is scheduled to begin this year. Occupancy permit acquisition is planned for the second quarter of 2019.
