Development of a detailed working design and discipline designs, comprehensive construction of a warehouse with a two-storey office and social building with external network connections; hardening of the area around the hall, installation of industrial flooring with and separation walls; turnkey delivery of the office part. The frame of the hall comprises reinforced concrete pillars and roof bolts. Sandwich panel external wall cladding with a mineral wool and polyurethane core, trapezoidal sheet / thermal insulation / PVC film roofing. The front facade of the social and office area is ventilated through HPL panels and features an aluminium glass facade and mineral plaster. Responsibility for all construction work necessary to obtain an occupancy permit.
