Social and office building featuring brick and facade materials such as sandwich panels and aluminium composite panels. The main supporting structure of the hall will be based on a mixed, wooden and reinforced concrete structure. The roofing will feature sandwich panels. The work will be monitored by a certified construction manager. The contract will be secured by third party liability and builder’s risk insurance. The contract includes organising the construction site, responsibility for final acceptance testing and obtaining an occupancy permit, a guarantee for materials, equipment and the entire facility.
