The scope of work includes obtaining approval from utility service providers, designing the access road, creating a concept, full-discipline design and comprehensive construction of an office building and production facility, including interior finishing, development and hardening of the area around the building, installation of the flooring, external and internal infrastructure and occupancy permit acquisition. The office building will feature prefabricated steel and reinforced concrete elements, with a glass facade featuring such materials as sandwich panels and corrugated sheet metal. The wall cladding will comprise sandwich panels with concealed screws; the roofing will feature trapezoidal sheet, thermal insulation and PVC foil.
