Concept, full-discipline building design, obtaining a construction permit on the basis of a power of attorney. Comprehensive construction of a warehouse and service facility with an office and social area, industrial flooring installation, interior finishing and surface hardening, construction of external infrastructure.
The General Construction Contract includes the organisation of the construction site, Construction Manager supervision, insurance of the Contract against construction risks and obtaining an occupancy permit. The social-office building will feature a frame structure with the use of facade materials such as: glazing and aluminium profiles, sandwich panels and corrugated sheet metal. Flat roof with internal drainage and PVC film coating.
