Our offer

Full-discipline design and comprehensive construction of a commercial facility with a two-storey social and office part with an area of approx. 2,000 m2. The facility will feature a mix of technologies, while the office building will be built using traditional methods. The external wall cladding will feature sandwich panels with a PIR foam filling, and the roof structure will comprise trapezoidal sheet / thermal insulation / PVC roofing foil. Amwin will also be responsible for the electricity systems, supplying and installing the sanitary systems and land development planning, as well as all other work necessary to obtain an occupancy permit.
The design will also be future-proof.
