Our offer

Another design-build project was created for our new Investor, IzoSerwis from Tuliszków.

The investment implemented by Amwin is a warehouse hall with a social and office building with a total area of ​​almost 1200 m2. It is a building in a simple, geometric architectural form with a reinforced concrete main structure. The roof made of trapezoidal sheet metal is supported by steel, truss girders. The facade of the hall was made entirely of sandwich panels. Decorative wavy profiles combined with a large amount of glazing, which were used on the facade of the social and office building, gave it a modern look and character. Red, contrasting accents referring to the company logo created a visually coherent whole. The surrounding buildings were topped with a gravel strip protecting against mud splashing during rainfall. A spacious maneuvering area at the front of the plot ensures convenient warehouse service. The area around the investment was paved with traditional paving stones and eco-paving stones with an absorbent surface, facilitating water retention.
