For the owners of the Lilia Garden Center in Wieluń, we built a two-story service building with a usable area of 3,088 m2, intended for trading in plants and gardening products. Inside there are, among others: sales rooms, warehouses, offices, social rooms and a cafe for the Center’s customers, located on the first floor.
We made the main structure of the hall from prefabricated reinforced concrete columns. The roof was covered with trapezoidal sheet metal supported by a structure made of glued laminated wood. Wood adds character to sales interiors, and skylights installed in the roof provide the right amount of light.
The hall has a vertical sandwich panel façade, light gray, with two additional colors (green and dark gray) to highlight the details. The appearance of the building is diversified by elements made of corrugated sheet metal near the main entrances, and the entrances themselves are covered with aluminum composite panels.
The social and office part of the building is based on a brick structure with reinforced concrete elements. We installed a prefabricated ceiling and an unventilated flat roof.
